![]() Monday, July 9, 2012 Palo Alto Networks Sets IPO Pricing Range Santa Clara-based Palo Alto Networks, the developer of network security and monitoring devices, has set its initial estimated IPO pricing range at between $34.00 and $37.00 per share. The firm is expecting to list on the New York Stock Exchange as PANW. Palo Alto Networks is venture backed by Greylock Partners, Sequoia Capital, and Globespan Capital Partners. The round was led by DoubleRock Venture Capital. Real5D's products helps in the visualization of architecture, to allow property buyers to visualization and interact with a virtual model of real estate. The round was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sigma, and also included prior investors Trident Capital and Adara Venture Partners. AlienVault, which is headed by Barmak Meftah, said the funding will go towards sales, marketing, support, and research and development. The deal was worth $50M in cash, plus unspecified earnout. GenturaDx was venture backed by Bay City Capital and DT Capital PArtners.
