    Sonatype Lands $25M
    Palo Alto-based Sonatype, which develops open source components and development software, said today that it has raised $25M in a financing round. The round was led by new Enterprise Associates, and also included prior investors Accel Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures and Bay Partners.     Betable Raises Funding For Gambling API
    London-based Betable, which has offices in San Francisco, said Monday that it has launched with the backing of a large list of Silicon Valley venture capitalists and angels. The firm said it is developing a real-money, gambling platform which allows developers to incorporate gambling into their games.     GitHub Gets $100M
    San Francisco-based Github, which operates an online source code repository for programmers, has raised $100M in a funding round. The round came from Andreessen Horowitz. The investment is the first outside investment in Github. Peter Levine of Andreessen Horowitz has joined the company's board as part of the funding. SV Angel also participated in the funding.

    Involver Acquired By Oracle
    San Francisco-based Involver, a developer of social marketing software, has been acquired by Oracle, the two companies said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Involver was venture backed by Bessemer Ventures, Cervin Ventures, and WTI. Involver is a developer of social marketing software which are used by companies to measure and reach out to customers via social media.
