 Tuesday, July 10, 2012 Sonatype Lands $25M Palo Alto-based Sonatype, which develops open source components and development software, said today that it has raised $25M in a financing round. The round was led by new Enterprise Associates, and also included prior investors Accel Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures and Bay Partners. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Involver was venture backed by Bessemer Ventures, Cervin Ventures, and WTI.
