    MicroProbe Acquired By FormFactor
    San Jose-based MicroProbe, a developer of wafer test equipment used for systems-on-a-chip testing, has been acquired by FormFactor. FormFactor said it will pay $100M in cash plus $16.8M in stock for MicroProbe's parent firm, Astria Semiconductor Holdings, which is venture backed by Flywheel Ventures, Intel Capital and Gemini Investors.     QBotix Gets $6.5M For Solar Install Robotics
    Menlo Park-based QBotix, a developer of robotics technology used to align and move solar panels to maximize the power output from photovoltaic panels, has raised $6.5M in a Series A funding, the firm disclosed this week. The funding was led by New Enterprise Associates, and also included Firelake Capital, Siemens Venture Capital, and DFJ JAIC. The QBotix system uses solar panels mounted on a robotic system which operates on a fixed track.
