Google Targeted By Bing Over Shopping Ads Mountain View-based Google is being targeted, again, by competing search engine Bing--this time, for its move in May to turn its comparison shopping site, Google Shopping, into a commercial, paid service. Havok Buys Rocketbox San Francisco-based >Havok, which develops 3D simulation software, has acquired German firm Rocketbox Studios GmbH, the firm said late Tuesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Rocketbox Studios is a provider of 3D character models and animations for the training and simulation community. Havok said the buy would help enable its customers to build their virtual simulations in a cost effective manner.

Everything.me Snags $25M More Mobile application platform developer Everything.me said today that it has raised $25M in a Series C funding, from Telefonica Digital. The round also included SingTel Innov8, Mozilla, Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), DFJTF, BRM Group and Horizons Ventures. The firm--which is based in Israel--said the funding was driven by Telefonica's Silicon Valley venture team. AgilOne Finds $10M For Predictive Marketing Mountain View-based AgilOne, which develops predictive marketing software, has raised $10M in a Series B, in a new funding round led by Mayfield. The funding also included Sequoia Capital. AgilOne said the funding brings its total raised to $16M. AgilOne, which is led by omer Artun, develops software which uses large amounts of customer data to help predict how customers will respond to offers and to increase the effectiveness of their marketing. Sumo Logic Connects With $30M Mountain View-based Sumo Logic, a developer of log management and analytics tools, said today that it has raised $30M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Accel Partners, and also included prior investors Greylock Partners and Sutter Hill Ventures.
