    Buysight Acquired By AOL's Advertising.com
    Sunnyvale-based ad retargeting technology firm Buysight has been acuqired by Advertising.com, the ad business of AOL. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
    Buysight had been founded in 2008, and was venture backed by ONSET Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners, SoftTech VC, and Reid Hoffman.

    Poshmark Gets $12M For Mobile Fashion
    Menlo Park-based Poshmark has added $12M in a Series B funding, to help bolster its mobile marketplace for fashion. The firm, which is led by Manish Chandra, said the new funding was led by Menlo Ventures, and laso included Mayfield Fund, Inventus Capital, and SoftTech VC. Poshmark's fashion focused service revolve around "Posh Parties", real-time shopping events which let people shop and share their fashions from their phones. The firm has now raised (More info...)

    ScaleIO Snags $12M
    Palo Alto-based ScaleIO, a developer of software-only, virtual storage area network (SAN) products, said today that it has raised $12M in a funding round. The round came from Greylock Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, and others. ScaleIO said its teams have developed products at IBM, Topio (acquired by NetApp), NetApp, LSI, XtremIO (acquired by EMC), and other companies.

    Urban Airship Buys Tello
    Portland- and San Francisco-based Urban Airship, which develops of mobile messaging and push notification software, said this morning that it has acquired Tello, a developer of Apple Passbook management services. Tello was based in Palo Alto, California, where it will remain. Tello was venture-backed by Bullpen Capital, SV Angel, and True Ventures. Financial details of the acquisition deal were not announced by the companies.
