![]() Tuesday, May 14, 2013 @WalmartLabs Buys Two Companies In the latest surge for acq-hires over the last few days, @WalmartLabs, the technology arm of Walmart's e-commerce division, said it has acquired two companies, OneOps and Tasty Labs. OneOps is a developer of platform-as-s-service products; Tasty Labs is an application software developer based in Mountain View. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Avail was based in Sweden, and offered up e-commerce personalization software. FuGen Solutions is a developer of identity management software. 8Kmiles said it paid $7.5M for FuGen, to expand its cloud and big data security services.
