San Mateo-based Nextag, the online comparison shopping website, said today that it has acquired NextCoupons.com, an online coupon and deals site. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Nextag said the buy will increase marketing opportunities for its merchants. NextCoupons was based in Santa Monica, California.
