Nimsoft Scores $12M
Redwood City-based Nimsoft, which develops systems management software, announced Tuesday that the firm has raised $12M in funding. The new round was led by Goldman Sachs, and also included JMI equity and Northzone Ventures. David Campbell of Goldman Sachs will joint he firm's board as part of the funding round. Nimsoft said the new funding will go towards continuing its growth. Nimsoft develops IT operations management software, specifically used for managing SLAs, monitoring business applications, and other related systems monitoring.
