    Palo Alto Networks Pulls In $27M


    Sunnyvale-based Palo Alto Networks, a developer of firewall hardware, said today that it has raised $27M in a Series C round of funding. The round was led by Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, and also included prior investors Globespan Capital Partners, Greylock Partners and Sequoia Capital. The funding round brings the company's total raised to around $53M. Palo Alto Networks said the funding would to go expand sales, marketing, and customer service.
