Pay By Touch Buys Loyalty Marketing Firm For $100M
San Francisco-based Pay By Touch, a provider of biometric payment systems, said today that it is buying S&H Solutions, a provider of customer-based loyalty marketing. The deal was worth $100M in cash and stock. S&H operates S&H greenpints, a loyalty marketing program, and also provides marketing technology. Pay By Touch provides biometric finger scanners used for payment processing at retail locations.
