San Francisco-based Performance Marketing Brands, which operates shopping reward programs, said yesterday that it has acquired OneReceipt, a developer of a free, mobile and web app for organizing receipts. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. OneReceipt organizes email receipts and lets users scan and store paper receipts. Performance Marketing Brands also owns Ebates.com, FatWallet.com, and AnyCoupons.com.
