Pivot Medical Finds $32M

Sunnyvale-based Pivot Medical, a developer of minimally invasive technologies for hip arthroscopy, said Tuesday that it has raised $32M in a series C funding round. The round was led by Adams Street Partners, and also included Delphi Ventures, Montreux Equity Partners, and Ivy Capital Partners. Pivot Medical said the funding will go towards commercial rollout of its products in the US and Europe. Dr. Michael Lynn of Adams Street Partners and John Maroney of Delphi Ventures both join the firm's board with the funding. More information »
