San Francisco-based Rapleaf, the Internet advertising information firm run by Auren Hoffman, has raised $15M in a funding round, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal. The WSJ cited a source close to the firm, in an expose critical of Rapleaf's collection of personal information of consumers.
