San Mateo-based RedSeal Systems has secured $17.1M in Series B funding, the firm said Thursday, in a round led by Venrock Associates and JAFCO Ventures. Existing investors Sutter Hill Ventures and Leapfrog Ventures also participated in the round. RedSeal Systems develops security appliances which monitor firewall and router configuration, and identifies errors and deviations from best practice. More information »
