San Francisco-based online legal documents and marketplace Rocket Lawyer has acquired LawPivot, an online legal question and answer service, the firms said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LawPivot was based in Mountain View. Both companies are backed by Google Ventures. LawPivot was founded by Jay Mandal.
