San Francisco-based Salesforce.com said Thursday that it has acquired Rypple, a developer of employee performance management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Salesforce.com said it did not expect the acquisition to have a material impact on its FY13 revenues. Ryple's social software is used for managing employee performance.
