Redwood City-based Shutterfly said today that it has acquired Sunnyvale-based Tiny Prints, which offers up cards, invitations, personalized stationery and photo books. Shutterfly said it will pay approximately $333M for Tiny Prints, made up of $141M in cash plus 3.9 million shares of its common stock. Tiny Prints was backed by Summit Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures.
