Pleasanton-based Spigit, which develops collaboration software for the enterprise, said today that it has raised $10M from Warburg Pincus. The funding comes on top of an earlier investment by Warburg in the company, and brings its total raised to $26M. The firm said the funding will go towards product development, sales, and marketing.
