Milpitas-based SS8 Networks reported late last week that the firm has raised a "significant" round of funding for the firm. Exact amount of that funding was not disclosed. The funding came from existing investors, which include W Capital Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, ONSET Ventures, Protostar Partners, and Woodside Fund.
