Newark, California-based SST, the developer of the ShotSpotter products used by police for locating gunfire, has scored an investment from Motorola Solutions, Motorola said Monday. The round was worth $12M, and also included prior investors Lauder Partners, Levensohn Venture Partners, Claremont Creek Ventures, CityLight Capital and The Westly Capital.
