Plato Networks Raises $20M
Santa Clara-based Plato Networks, a company developing communications ICs, said Monday that it has raised $20M in a Series B funding. The round was led by Granite Ventures, and also included STIC International and Crosslink Capital. Plato Networks said the funding will go towards accelerating development of its ultra low power 10Gbps Ethernet products. Plato Networks was founded in 2004, and uses analog and digital signal processing (DSP) technology in its products.
