San Ramon-based TargetCast Networks, which operates a digital advertising network in coffee shops, restaursnts, hotels, and other retail locations, said Wednesday that it has acquired Ripple TV, a Los Angeles area operator of an out-of-home digital advertising network. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. TargetCast is venture backed by Claremont Creek Ventures; Ripple was backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Trinity Ventures.
