    Tessera Buys Eyesquad


    San Jose-based Tessera Technologies announced this morning that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Eyesquad, which develops auto-focus and optical zoom products for camera phones and other electronic products. Tessera said it will pay $20M in cash, less $2M cash in Eyesquad's balance sheet, for the firm. Eyesquad's R&D center is located in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
