Menlo Park medical device company incubator The Foundry reported Wednesday that it has received $3M in a Series A financing for its twelfth new company. Name of the new company--refereed to as "Foundry Newco XII"--was not disclosed. According to The Foundry, the funding came from Morgenthaler Ventures, Split Rock Partners, and Domain Associates.
