Triggit Pulls In $4.2M

San Francisco-based Triggit, a developer of a real-time advertising bidding platform, announced today that it has raised $4.2M in a Series A funding round. The round came from Spark Capital and Foundry Group. Seth Levine of Foundry Group and Santo Politi of Spark Capital join the board along with the funding. Angel investors Bret and Scott Crosby (Urchin), Asher Waldfogel (Peakstream/Tollbridge), Ben Narison (Fashionmall), Joe Spieser and Alex Zhardanovsky (Epic Advertising), Gilad Elbaz (Applied Semantics), Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), TriplePoint Capital, DG Incubation, Joi Ito, Charles Sprincin, and Eric Stein all also participated in the funding.
