Sunnyvale-based Trimble has acquired Canadian firm Visual Statement, the firm said this morning. Financial terms were not disclosed. Visual Statement is a provider of desktop software tools for crime and collision incident investigation. Trimble said that the transaction was an all-cash deal. Trimble is a provider of Global Positioning System components, software, and other related products.
