TubeMogul Files For $75M IPO

Emeryville-based digital video advertising software developer TubeMogul has filed for an IPO, saying it is hoping to raise up to $75M in an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. The company has applied to list as TRUE. Underwriters are BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, and Oppenheimer & Co. TubeMogul is backed by Trinity Ventures, Foundation Capital, and Northgate Capital.
