Santa Clara-based Vasona Networks, which develops technology for managing mobile capacity in cell phone networks, has raised $12M in a Series B funding, the firm announced this morning. The funding was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, and also included New Venture Partners and an un-named, strategic investor. The firm said the funds bring its total raised to $22M.
