San Mateo-based VSS Monitoring, a developer of network switching analysis tools for the high speed communications market, has been acquired by Danaher, a manufacturer of a wide range of science and technology products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. VSS Monitoring becomes part of Danaher's Test and Measurement segment.
