Yahoo said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired Dapper, a firm focused on display ad creation and optimization. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Yahoo, the acquisition will enable the firm's advertisers and agencies to more quickly build dynamic ad creative. Dapper was founded by Eran Shir and Jon Aizen in 2006. Dapper was based in San Francisco. Dapper was backed by Accel Partners.
