Yahoo Helps Shows Users Ad Data




Yahoo announced today that the firm has rolled out a new consumer tool, Ad Interest Manager, which allows users to see a summary of their online activity and toggle choices related to interest-based advertising. According to Yahoo, the new tool allows users to modify the information collected by the firm about their interests, and turn off ads, if desired. The firm said the new Ad Interest Manager tool has rolled out in the U.S., and will roll out in Europe in coming weeks.
