Burlingame-based Zecter, the developer of the ZumoDrive cloud-based storage appliance, has been acquired by Motorola Mobility, Motorola said today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Zecter was venture backed by Y Combinator, Tandem Entrepreneurs, and Sherpalo Ventures.
