San Francisco-based Zoosk has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing that it is looking to raise up to $100M in an IPO. The company says it has filed for an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange as ZSK. Zoosk operates an online dating service. The IPO is being underwritten by BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Oppenheimer & Co., and William Blair. Zoosk is venture backed by Canaan Partners, ATA Ventures, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
