AeroFS Gets $10M

Palo Alto-based AeroFS, a developer of private cloud collaboration software, has raised $10M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Avalon Ventures and NHN Investment. AeroFS is led by Yuri Sagalov, and targets the enterprise market with its software. Rich Levandov of Avalon and NHN's Woo Kim join the company's board as part of the funding.
