AirPlay Gets $14M

San Francisco-based AirPlay said today that it has raised $14M in a Series B investment round. The investment was led by JK&B Capital, and also included Motorola Ventures, QUALCOMM, Redpoint Ventures and ONSET. Ali Shadman of JK&B Capital has joined the firm's board as part of the funding. AirPlay is developing mobile gaming and entertainment software that combines live television events with mobile phone games. More information »
