Aon Buys Valley Oak Systems

Risk management and insurance firm Aon said Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire San Ramon-based Valley Oak Systems, a provider of claims management software for the indusrance industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Valley Oak's software is used for medical bill review, policy underwriting, billing, and case management.
