Apartment List Lands $30M

San Francisco-based Apartment List, which operates an online apartment rental marketplace, announced late Thursday that it has raised $30M in a Series B funding round. The round came from Canaan Partners, and also included Matrix Partners and Glynn Capital. Rich Boyle of Canaan Partners will join the company's board with the funding. The company said the investment goes towards expansion to another 30 plus metro areas, plus its product. More information »
