AppDynamics Files For $100M IPO

San Francisco-based AppDynamics, which develops enterprise IT monitoring software, has filed for an IPO, and is looking to raise up to $100M on the NASDAQ Global Select Market as APPD, the company said in a filing over the holidays. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan, Barclays, UBS Investment Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, William Blair, and JMP Securities. AppDynamics is venture backed by Greylock Partners, Lightspeed Ventures, Institutional Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and General Atlantic, among others.
