AuditFile Books $3M

San Francisco-based AuditFile, which develops cloud-based auditing software, said today that it has raised $3M in a funding. The funding came from Banneker Ventures, along with angels. The company's software is specifically aimed at CPAs, to help them track their auditing efforts. The company's executive team includes three family members, brothers Steven Bong (CEO), Kevin Bong (COO), and father Gary Bong (CFO).
