Caribou Biosciences Nabs Funding From Novartis

Berkeley-based Caribou Biosciences has snagged equity funding from Novartis, as part of a deal where Norvatis will use Caribou's technology for drug target screening and validation, the two said this week. Size of the funding round was not disclosed. Caribou said the funding includes both a Series A investment, and additional funding for a one-year, collaborative research program. Caribou is developing a platform for drug target screening and validation. More information »
