Celigo Gets $8M For Cloud Integration

San Mateo-based Celigo,, a developer of software to connect and integrate cloud-based applications, has raised $8M in a growth equity funding. The funding came from TVC Capital. Celigo said the investment is its first institutional capital since founding in 2006. Steven J. Hamerslag of TVC Capital joins Celigo's board with the funding. Celigo is led by Jan Arendtsz.
