FunMobility Buys Moblastic

Pleasanton-based FunMobility said today that it has acquired Moblastic, a firm which develops mobile photo editing tools. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. FunMobility said it will integrate Moblastic's tools into its existing products. Two of Moblastic's founders, Jang Kim and Joseph Corral, will join FunMobility as part of the acquisition.
