FuzeBox Raises $20M

San Francisco-based FuzeBox, a developer of real time, collaboration tools for the mobile and desktop market, said today that it has raised $20M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Index Ventures, and also included Khosla Ventures and Insight Ventures. FuzeBox is led by Jeff Cavins. Mike Volpi of Index joins the company's board with the funding. In addition to the equity funding, the firm said it is raising $2.5M in a debt financing round from Triple Point Capital. FuzeBox has a long, complicated history as a company, having once been publicly traded and venture financed telephony firm CallWave. More information »
