GitPrime Gets $10.5M For Software Development Analytics

GitPrime, which develops software which uses statistics from code repository services like and GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket to help improve software engineering processes, has raised $10.5M. The company--based in Mountain View and Durango, Colorado--said its Series A funding was led by OpenView, and also included DCVC. Travis Kimmel is the CEO and co-founder of GitPrime. The company says it now has over 300 customers using its software, which helps provide visibility into the software development process. GitPrime was part of the Y Combinator accelerator.
