GoBalto Raises $2.87M

San Francisco-based GoBalto, a startup developing web-based software for managing clinical trials, has raised $2.87M out of a $3.5M fundraising round. The funding was revealed in a recent regulatory filing. GoBalto is headed by Jae Chung. The firm saids its product allows users to create studies, invite sites and begin tracking tasks and exchanging documents as part of the clinical trial process.
