Gradle Gets $4.2M For Software Build Automation Tools
San Francisco-based Gradle, a developer of software used for automation software release builds, has raised $4.2M in a funding round. The funding came from True Ventures and Data Collective. The company said the funding goes towards more development, including deeper IDE integration and other features for its tools, which are used by software developers to automate builds across multiple languages and platforms. The company said its software currently supports sixty different programming languages, and is aimed at the enterprise market.
