InCube Labs Spins Out Fe3 Medical With $11M Funding

San Jose-based InCube Labs, a medical device and drug delivery R&D organization, has spun out Fe3 Medical, a new company developing transdermal patches to treat iron-deficiency anemia. Fe3 Medical said it raised $11M in a funding round from Jianmin Pharmaceuticals, HG Capital and PingAn Ventures, along with InCube Ventures. InCube Ventures was the original backer of the company, which had been incubated in InCube's San Antonio, Texas labs. The funding towards clinical trials and regulatory submissions. More information »
