Intacct Raises $14M For SaaS

San Jose-based Intacct, a provider of on-demand financial applications, said Wednesday that the firm has closed $14M in new equity financing. the new round of funding came from new investors Sigma Partners and Sutter Hill Ventures, along with prior investor Emergence Capital Partners. Intacct develops hosted accounting and other financial software targeted at small and midsize businesses, which it makes available for a monthly fee. Prior investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and JK&B Capital were not mentioned in the firm's announcement of the funding. More information »
