LeanTaas Takes $26M From Insight

Santa Clara-based LeanTaas, a developer of software that uses predictive analytics, machine learning, and "lean" principles to improve the operation of hospital and infusion centers, has raised $26M in a Series B funding. The funding came from Insight Venture Partners. LeanTaas develops iQueue, software which helps manage the scheduling at infusion centers, operating rooms, and labs. The company claims use of its software helps reduce wait times for appointments and surgeries by up to 50 percent. More information »
