Lift Reaches Funding Goal, Gets $2.5M In Series A

Lift, the mobile goals-tracking application developer incubated out of Obvious Corp., has raised $2.5M in a Series A funding, the firm said today. The San Francisco startup said the Series A was led by Spark Capital (Bijan Sabet), and also included SV Angel, RRE Ventures (Adam Ludwin), Tony Robbins, David Allen (author of Getting Things Done), and Greg Yaitanes. The company also revealed that its investors also include Tim Ferriss (4 Hour Workweek), Narendra Rocherolle (Smile/Webshots), and Jeremy LaTrasse (MessageBus), who invested in the firm earlier this year in a seed round. Bijan Sabet joins the company's board with the funding. Obvious Corp. is the incubator run by Twitter's Evan Williams. More information »
